I am looking to rent in Miami, I want somewhere I can have an ocean-view balcony and within walking/bicycling/skating distance from beaches, shopping, nightlife, etc. So far, I have found The Flamingo at South Beach, which seems really nice, but if anyone has any other properties in mind, please advise! I am set with the job and my finances/budget are not a part of the question. I am currently in Houston if you want to start talking traffic – I know all about it. All I am asking for is names of apartment complexes in that general area.
